Anny Celsi & Nelson Bragg and friends
Anny Celsi has evoked comparisons to Aimee Mann, Lucinda Williams, Suzanne Vega and Jackie DeShannon – all songwriters distinguished by a literary voice that is every bit as vital to the listener as her singing voice. Based in Los Angeles California, her first album, ‘Little Black Dress’, had a rootsy ‘Americana’ feel to it and established her as an artist to keep an eye and an ear on. Now, she brings her music across to the UK for a short tour where we can savour her ‘beatnik cool’.

‘…a marvelously cool, hip, subtle singer and songwriter’ John Conquest
‘affecting, pop-smart tunes” – Chris Morris, Billboard

What's on your mind?

I just discovered your web site on yahoo and see that you’ve got some wonderful thoughts in this post. I particularly appreciate the way you’ve been capable to stick so very much believed into a relatively short submit (comparitively) which creates it an thoughtful post on your topic. IMHO you put lots of great information in this submit not having all of the filler that most bloggers use just to make their posts look longer, that is ideal for a gal like me who doesn’t have a lot time cause I am generally within the go. I frequently get so frustrated with so many of the final results in the main SE’s due to the fact they often appear to mostly be filled with filler content that frequently isn’t very sensible. If you don’t mind I am going to add this post and your weblog to my delicious favorites so I can write about it with my family. I appear forward to coming back again to study your future posts too.
