Ian Smith says:
Hi there, I am a student photographer and interest in getting some exposure.
I have a Sigma SD14 DSLR which is unique. It is currently the only camera that uses a 14-megapixel Foveon X3 Direct Image CMOS sensor, which operates on a different principle to the Bayer-mask mosaic sensors used by every other digital camera on the market. The SD14 is the only model available that uses this innovative technology. Uses two formats either in RAW or JPG.
Not sure what other information you require, except that I am keen to show off my natual talent in capturing that brilliant picture.

It may have a 14 mega-pixel sensor but it is the way the sensor interpolates the image that matters….have you ever seen a pro photographer use a Sigma ?????? sorry but the ds mark 3 walks all over it….no question.
If you know of a PROPER professional using that camera i’ll eat my canon mark 11′s !
